Jodi Low

Jodi Low is founder and CEO of U and Improved, a Scottsdale leadership-development company, and the author of From Me to U: Lessons on Life, Leadership, and Living Your Legacy (2022).
She was born in upstate New York, moved to Arizona at age 5, attended Kiva Elementary and Saguaro High School, and earned a B.A. in communication from Arizona State University in 1994. She spent nearly 20 years in business development and marketing.
After a sudden divorce left her a single mother of two infant daughters with no income and significant business debt, she founded U and Improved in 2008. The company offers experiential programs including U the Leader, U the Communicator, U the Warrior, U the Samurai, and U the Teen Leader, launched in 2014. Clients have included Target, PayPal, Hyatt, Arizona State University, Marriott, and CVS/Caremark. In 2016 she created the U and Improved Leadership Foundation to scholarship teenagers into the programs. The firm is BBB-accredited and won a Torch Award for Ethics in 2021.
