Founder & CEO, AMP Creative
Morgan J. Ingram is founder and CEO of AMP Creative (also known as AMP Social / Ascension Media Productions), a B2B growth agency built on content, influencer strategy, and what he calls narrative-led growth.
He attended Auburn University from 2011 to 2013 and earned a BBA in finance from the University of Georgia in 2015. He started as a sales development representative — by his own telling, one of the worst — and launched The SDR Chronicles on YouTube to document the work.
From 2017 to 2020 he managed 13 SDRs as Sales Development Manager at Terminus and was named a LinkedIn Top Sales Voice four times (2018–2020). He then became Director of Sales Execution and Evolution at JBarrows Sales Training, working with Salesforce, Google, Slack, Snowflake, and more than 100 SaaS companies. Around 2023 he founded AMP, a seven-figure agency that has generated more than $6 million in pipeline through content. He also advises Champify and Cognism and created Sales Team Six, a 45-day outbound sprint.
He is one of LinkedIn's Top 50 Sales Leaders to Follow, with more than 150,000 followers and 3.3 million annual content views. Forbes, HubSpot, Harvard Business Review, and Sales Hacker have featured his work. He is a competitive pickleball player with Olympic aspirations.
