Founder & CEO, nectarflow

Patrick Antrim is founder and CEO of nectarflow, an artificial-intelligence and automation platform for multifamily housing, chairman of the Multifamily Innovation Council, and CEO of Multifamily Leadership.

He attended Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California, and was a 27th-round pick of the New York Yankees in 1995. A switch-hitting infielder and outfielder, he hit .217 across 139 games in the Gulf Coast, Oneonta, and South Atlantic League clubs. After baseball he studied real estate and business under George Argyros. He later helped operate a $1.2 billion portfolio of 7,500 multifamily units and 4.5 million square feet of commercial space across 13 states, and helped companies acquire more than $400 million in assets.

He founded Multifamily Leadership, which produces the Multifamily Innovation and AI Summit and the Multifamily Women Summit, and Best Places to Work Multifamily. nectarflow's products include Picasso Hire, Inside Ops, and Social Ops. He is MIT-certified in Applied Generative AI and Digital Transformation and attended OpenAI Developer Day 2024. He lives in Scottsdale.
